Lisa Comeau has dedicated 25 years to the North Middlesex Regional School District, serving in a variety of roles including sixth-grade teacher, fourth-grade teacher, K–12 Humanities Director, Director of Title I & Early Literacy, and Interim Elementary Assistant Principal/Principal. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to supporting student success, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with staff and families to create positive learning experiences for all students.

In addition to her district leadership roles, Lisa has served as an ELA and Mathematics Teacher Leader, Communications Team Lead, and Professional Development Facilitator for K–4 summer work.

Lisa believes that learning and achievement flourish when both students and educators are engaged in work that is challenging, meaningful, and adventurous. Her vision for education centers on creating classrooms where teachers can fulfill their greatest aspirations and students can achieve more than they ever imagined—growing into productive, compassionate, and contributing members of society while helping to build a better world.
